Embark on a hands-on culinary journey with this immersive cooking experience, where you’ll learn to create authentic Mexican salsas, hand-made tortillas, and traditional dishes from scratch! This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a full experience that allows you to prepare a delicious meal on your own while gaining skills to impress your family and friends back home.

Each participant will take on different tasks while learning the kitchen's central role in Mexican family life and culture. This class is also a unique opportunity to practice your Spanish, as the session will be in Spanish and English.

Each salsa varies in flavor, chili, and spice level, giving you a well-rounded understanding of Mexico's rich culinary diversity. As you prepare these salsas, you’ll also cook a full meal to pair with your creations, including fresh, hand-made tortillas.

Highlights: You’ll master the art of making three types of salsas, each with its own character and flavor profile:

Green Salsa (boiled)
Red Salsa (chunky and smoked)
Guacamole (raw salsa)

At the end of the class, you’ll have a piñata party, learn the piñata song, and have the chance to take your homemade salsa, your piñata candies, and a collection of new recipes to bring a taste of Mexico back to your kitchen!

Route

5 PM - Leave the Condesa area and head to the venue.

5:30/ 5:45 PM - Meet at the venue and start the cooking class.
