The balance will be charged to the card on file automatically 7 days prior to program start, you can change the card on file or pay the invoice with a different card prior to this date if desired. You can also make additional payments to split the cost up to the 7 days prior to the trip. The trip must be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival so we can ensure all accommodations and amenities (workspace, reservations, etc) are taken care of.
